The Westbound outside lane of the 100 blocks of East and West Central, along with the 100 block of North Gordy will be closed beginning tomorrow for excavation work. Public Works and Public Utilities crews will be locating existing water and communication lines buried in the area in preparation for a proposed sanitary sewer manhole on Gordy Street, which is part of the Central Avenue Improvements Project. Please use caution when traveling in the area.
