Beginning at 1 p.m. Friday, July 19, a detour will be in place for the intersection of Vine and Central as that intersection is closed on the north side of Central for the Central Avenue Project. The detour will be in place for thru traffic on Vine north of Central, taking traffic down Main Street rather than Vine. Vine Street south of Central also will be closed to thru traffic. In addition, Locust east of Main will be closed to thru traffic. This will remain in place for a couple of weeks.
