Recently, the City and El Dorado Inc. completed a Housing Needs Assessment to evaluate local housing market conditions. In response, we have established a Housing Task Force to develop recommendations aimed at expanding housing opportunities in El Dorado. A copy of the Housing Assessment is attached for your information.
