Capital Improvement Projects
Capital improvement projects for a city involve large-scale investments aimed at enhancing the city's infrastructure and public facilities. The goal is to improve the quality of life for residents, support economic growth, and ensure the city’s long-term sustainability. Capital improvement projects are often funded through a combination of city budgets, bonds, grants, and other financing methods.
Currently, City staff are working on a proposed CIP for 2026, which will be presented to the City Commission for approval.
